We’re looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our expanding team and make a real impact in the storage and racking solutions sector. This is a client-facing, field-based role covering a defined territory – perfect for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and seeing the results of their efforts reflected in their earnings. What You’ll Be Doing: Visiting new and existing clients across your territory Door knocking and generating new leads, as well as reactivating lapsed customers Presenting tailored racking and storage solutions that meet individual business needs Managing your own diary and day-to-day schedule Following up on enquiries and closing sales with professionalism and persistence What We’re Looking For: Previous sales or client-facing experience – ideally B2B or in warehousing/racking A proactive and coachable attitude – eager to learn and improve Strong organisation skills – confident juggling multiple leads and follow-ups Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools An excellent communicator – friendly, persuasive, and able to handle objections A target-driven mindset – focused on achieving and exceeding goals Full UK Driving Licence – essential for the field-based nature of this role What’s On Offer: Uncapped commission – earn based on your performance Christmas bonus – a little extra to reward your hard work Company vehicle – fully equipped and ready for business use 31 days annual leave – including bank holidays Permanent role – with long-term growth and career development opportunities Ready to take the wheel in your sales career?
