Recruitment Consultant responsibilities include: * New Business Development: Proactively target and secure new clients, expanding your client base. * Candidate Attraction: Write compelling job adverts and use online platforms to attract top talent. * Candidate Management: Source, interview, and prepare candidates for placement. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. * Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all records meet internal and industry compliance standards. * On-Call Duties: Participate in a shared on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support as required. Recruitment Consultant requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Consultant. * Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner. * Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for recruitment. * Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service. * Full UK driving licence is essential.
