Location: Lincolnshire, UK Salary: Up to £100,000 per annum Job Type: Part Time, Permanent, Approximately 3-4 days per month About The Business: Our client is a dynamic, fast-growth £60M business based in Lincolnshire. They are seeking an exceptional individual to join their Board as a Non-Executive Chair, to offer strategic insight and drive as the business continues on its ambitious growth path to £100M turnover. They are the market leader within a highly transactional, marketing-led environment and they are always keen to leverage the benefits of new technologies including AI. Non Executive Chair – The Role: They are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background within a fast-paced, high growth, marketing-led and highly transactional organisation to assume the role of Non-Executive Chair. As a key member of our client’s leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction of the business and ensuring its effective governance.
