The Role: As a Catering Engineer , you'll be responsible for PPM and reactive maintenance on a variety of catering appliances, including refrigeration units and ice machines, across both public and private sector clients. You must have solid diagnostic and fault-finding skills, along with strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and emergency maintenance on catering equipment Perform fault finding and on-site repairs Complete technical and compliance documentation Ensure all work is performed safely and to high standards Requirements: 40-hour workweek plus optional overtime Monday-Friday plus on all rota Valid UK driving licence Right to work in the UK Comcat 1, 3 & 5 qualifications required Excellent written and verbal communication skills This Catering Engineer position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.
