Senior Quantity Surveyor

Linear Recruitment work with some of the UK's leading House Builders. One such developer is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team in their North East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Compilation of Commercial budgets, Procurement of subcontractor packages, Evaluation and payment of subcontractor applications, Effective cost management, Reporting on the projects commercial performance each month and identifying risks and opportunities. Negotiating and agreeing subcontract final accounts Day to day running of sites Experience of working for a residential developer is essential. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be driven to meet targets and deadlines. IT proficiency is also extremely important. As well as being able to demonstrate your experience within the Quantity Surveying field, you must also possess an aptitude to combine strong organisation and communication skills with the ability to relate to all levels of staff within our business whilst also maintaining a keen desire to work in a quality driven business.
