Full Time £40,507 per annum Company Van Fuel Card Tamworth Permanent Contract Sellick Partnership Ltd is currently recruiting for a Repairs Supervisor to join one of our Tamworth clients on a full-time permanent basis Daily duties of the Voids Supervisor: Be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective service Carry out site supervision of the work in progress Liaise with all trade operatives, subcontractors, and customers for the effective delivery of works Responsible for the planned void works Assist in the planning of the overall labour and resources needed to deliver the work streams Inspect properties when necessary Essential requirements of the Voids Supervisor: Previously worked within social housing Hold a Full UK Driver’s License
