We're Hiring: Mortgage Pricing Analyst (FTC) Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office) Contract: 6–12 months, Full-time (with potential to extend) Start Date: ASAP Are you a commercially minded analyst with a passion for pricing strategy and financial modelling? We're looking for a Mortgage Pricing Analyst to join a fast-growing, tech-enabled lender that’s reshaping the future of later-life mortgages. About the Role: In this high-impact role, you’ll support the development and optimisation of mortgage pricing models, working closely with Capital Markets, Risk, and Product teams. You’ll analyse market trends, funding costs, and competitor activity to help shape pricing strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain pricing models for innovative mortgage products Analyse interest rate markets and competitor pricing Collaborate cross-functionally to align pricing with risk and commercial objectives Monitor product performance and recommend pricing adjustments Ensure compliance with MCOB and Consumer Duty regulations Present pricing proposals to internal governance committees What You’ll Bring: ✅ Experience in mortgage pricing within a regulated lender or consultancy ✅ Strong Excel modelling skills (coding experience a plus) ✅ Knowledge of FCA frameworks (MCOB, TCF, Consumer Duty) ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills ✅ Commercial acumen and attention to detail Bonus Points For: Experience with later-life lending or RIO products Familiarity with broker tools and mortgage data platforms Why Join?
