Job Description
Human Resources Advisor London (City) - £55,000 - 65,000 Bonus Permanent (Hybrid - 4 days office) Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious, privately owned wealth management firm to recruit for a HR Advisor to bridge the gap between the HR Business Partner team and the Learning and Development function from an operational standpoint. This is an exciting opportunity for a data driven individual to take on a critical role with a focus on operational excellence and hold a senior role within the team. Key Responsibilities : Manage the full employee cycle and support both the Business Partnering and L&D teams on a daily basis. Own the end-to-end operational processes for new joiners, leavers, and people changes. Manage the onboarding and offboarding process. Monitor upcoming probation completion dates. Complete standard and regulatory reference requests. Conduct HR and L&D inductions. Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations. Produce regular reports and metrics from Workday and any other relevant systems, providing analysis and key insights. Manage the booking of study programs in accordance with compliance regulations. Track mandatory training and induction modules, ensuring timely completion. Work with the L&D team to schedule and manage training sessions. Be a super-user on Workday with a focus on data management and deliverable. Requirements Experience in an HR operations or senior administration role. Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday). Ability to work in a high-pressured environment, adapt to varying stakeholders, and tailor their style to effectively collaborate across multiple teams.
