Commercial Property Senior Associate – Leeds (Hybrid Working) | 6 PQE Top 100 Law Firm Salary: £69,000 – £80,000 DOE Bonus and Excellent Benefits Hybrid Working: Just 2 Days in the Office per Week Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a fresh opportunity with a nationally recognised and supportive firm? We’re working with a highly regarded Top 100 law firm in Leeds, seeking a Senior Associate to join their expanding and high-performing Commercial Property team. The Role: You’ll be stepping into a well-established caseload and providing expert support across a wide range of commercial property matters, including: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals Negotiation of development agreements and overage deeds Drafting agreements for lease, leases, and a range of landlord/tenant documents Preparing reports on title, certificates of title, and advice notes Collaborating with other departments as part of wider project teams Minimal business development required – the caseload and client base are already there.
