Cost Engineer

I am currently looking for a Cost Engineer to join a large-scale pharmaceutical project. The role would be through a global consultancy on a permanent contract! You would be working directly with the Project Manager to monitor costs and manage contracts as well as manage the purchase orders and change reports.
