Job Title: Senior FF&E Designer Location: London (Hybrid: 4 days in-studio, 1 day WFH – flexible) Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE Experience: Minimum 8 years in high-end residential FF&E design Senior FF&E Designer – High-End Residential & Palatial Projects | London A rare opportunity to join a prestigious London-based studio specialising in ultra-luxury interiors for royalty and UHNW individuals An exceptional Interior Design studio based in London is looking for a talented Senior Interiors & FF&E Designer to join their accomplished team. This highly regarded practice works exclusively on private palaces and high-end residential projects across the Middle East, delivering discreet, world-class interiors for royal families and ultra-high-net-worth clients. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to some of the most private and luxurious homes in the world, within a design studio known for elegance, precision, and excellence. The Role You will be heavily involved in the FF&E process – from concept and sourcing through to procurement and delivery – across landmark residential and palatial schemes. You will collaborate closely with the wider design and interiors team to bring each space to life with exceptional detail and creativity. Key Responsibilities: Lead FF&E design across multiple high-end residential and palatial projects Curate and specify furniture, fabrics, lighting, accessories, and art to the highest standards Produce beautifully presented concept boards, sample trays, and client-facing documents Manage FF&E schedules, cost plans, and procurement logistics Liaise with suppliers, artisans, and fabricators throughout the process Support space planning and collaborate closely with the architectural interiors team Ensure seamless communication with internal teams Candidate Requirements A minimum of 8 years’ experience in high-end residential FF&E design (essential) Proven track record working on UHNW or royal client projects Impeccable taste and a strong portfolio showcasing refined residential interiors Expert knowledge of luxury furnishings, bespoke finishes, soft furnishings, and detailing Strong understanding of FF&E documentation, procurement, costings, and logistics Proficient in InDesign, AutoCAD, and Excel Highly organised, discreet, and confident with excellent communication skills A passion for exceptional design and a proactive, solution-focused mindset What’s on Offer Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 , depending on experience Hybrid Working: Typically 4 days in-studio, 1 day WFH (flexible depending on workload) A highly collaborative and creative work environment The opportunity to work on some of the most private and exclusive residences in the world Long-term development and exposure to internationally significant design projects If this position sounds of interest, please get in touch.
