Their nationally recognised Real Estate team is now looking for a Senior Solicitor or Legal Director with strong Landlord & Tenant expertise to play a key role in the continued growth of the department. The Opportunity As a senior member of the Real Estate team, you’ll manage a high-quality caseload of Landlord & Tenant matters spanning a range of sectors and deal values. Working alongside a collaborative and highly regarded team of Partners, Legal Directors, Solicitors, and support staff, you will: Advise clients on lease renewals, rent reviews, lease re-gears, property acquisitions and disposals, and refinancing Lead on strategic lease structuring and negotiation Provide commercially focused, pragmatic advice to a broad client base Work closely with the Corporate team on transactions involving business acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations Take ownership of your work with autonomy and full client contact This is an ideal role for a commercially minded and client-focused solicitor who enjoys working as part of a close-knit, growing team. An existing client following is advantageous but not essential.
