Class 1 Driver

Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client basedin Swindon on an ongoing basis. Must have held licence for 12 months (category CE) Position: Class 1 Driver Hours: Start from 16:00 onwards Pay rate: £17.06 - £21.32 per hour Ideal shift patterns: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday with potential for extra shifts Responsibilitiesinclude, but arenot limited to: Transporting goods between various locations efficiently and in a timely manner. Deliveries from Swindon will be across the South coast of England up to the Midlands. PM drivers will mostly cover trunking, but some store overflow deliveries may be required. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure road worthiness and report any maintenance or mechanical issues. Always provide exceptional customer service.
