Role: General Manager – Industrial Doors Location: South-West or West Midlands based – UK wide Remit Salary: c£60,000 - £70,000 basic, 20% bonus, 4% pension, healthcare and car. General Manager – Industrial Doors My client is a well-established and respected Industrial Doors installation, service & repair business servicing the UK. The business has ambitious growth plans and as a result are looking to recruit a new General Manager to lead that growth. The role reports directly into the Group CEO and will oversee the day to day running of the business. The role has full responsibility for PL, Sales, Operations, HSE, Quality, Marketing and Service. General Manager – Industrial Doors – Candidate Requirements: * Ideally, you will need at least 5 years’ relevant leadership experience in a Doors related business. * The role requires someone is ready to lead the business from day one, but also have the gravitas to grow the business extensively. * The ideal scenario is a readymade General Manager from Doors who has experience of sales & service. The alternative is a proven sales or service professional from the Doors industry who is looking to move into a broader more senior role. * Personal qualities must be someone who shows initiative, has clear thinking processes and above all someone that has personality and presence. * The candidate must be based in either the South-West or West Midlands as this is where the main hub is and be committed to serving a national customer base.
