Construction Data Project Manager

Job Role: Data Project Manager Job Location: Enfield Rate – Please indicate the required rate on the CV TEMP & PERM role available In your role you will: Provide strategic SHDF / Warmer homes / Retrofit data and data analysis. * To work across all programmes to provide data, data analysis and reporting between funders, Delivery Partners, contractors, consultants and residents. * Provide data and insights to define and confirm the scope of works and specification, and to work to deliver the data for SHDF/WH Key Performance Indicators. * Manage the programme’s spreadsheets to track the properties moving through the retrofit processes. * Work with our asset database with new information from projects, such as EPCs, rdSAP and Retrofit Assessments * Provide the reporting of data (and alignment to original bid proposals) to the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) * To be responsible for a full range of project management duties in relation to energy and sustainabiltiy asset data and data systems * Engaging with all stakeholders during the project Essential. - Working knowledge data management systems such as of Apex; Civica Cx; - Experience of presenting complex data to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner, both in oral an written form - Accredited Retrofit Design, Coordination, Assessment and Evaluator skills and experience.
