Position: Site Supervisor (Office Fit-Out) | Salford Quays Location: Salford Quays, Greater Manchester Project Duration: Approx. 4 months Start Date: 04/08/2025 Type: Contract / Freelance Rate: Neg/shift based on experience We are currently seeking a reliable Site Supervisor to support the Senior Site Manager on a high-quality office fit-out project in Salford Quays. This is a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining site standards when the Site Manager is off-site. Responsibilities: * Assist the Senior Site Manager with daily site operations and coordination of trades. * Take responsibility for the site when the Senior Site Manager is absent. * Ensure health & safety compliance and site cleanliness. * Monitor progress and quality of subcontractor work. * Report updates and issues in a timely manner. * Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders. Requirements: * SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – Essential * Valid CSCS Card – Essential * First Aid at Work Certification – Essential * Proven experience on commercial fit-out or similar projects. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and take initiative
