Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager - Clinical (RGN/RMN) Location: Stoke-on-Trent Salary: £50,000 per annum Type: Full-time | Permanent | On-site A leading care provider is seeking a clinically strong and motivated Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a well-established nursing home. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager with an active NMC pin to take on a leadership role and make a real impact on care delivery. About the Role: Working closely with the Registered Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
