Job Role: Head of Kitchen Development Group: Independent restaurant group (Michelin-starred, World’s 50 Best) Locations: London (Brat, Mountain, Brat x Climpson’s Arch) We’re partnering with a celebrated London restaurant group to find a visionary Head of Kitchen Development . This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with Tomos Parry to mentor chefs, streamline operations, and elevate the group’s renowned focus on seasonal sourcing and progressive team culture.
