Maintenance Manager / Supervisor Dungannon area An excellent opportunity to join a leading NI FMCG business (non-meat!) as their new Maintenance Manager to drive engineering excellence across their state-of-the-art production facilities. Reporting to the Operations Director you will be leading and managing the engineering department, which will include; Leading maintenance team Driving reliability and efficiency across production equipment and site infrastructure Developing and executing a preventative maintenance strategy Managing capital projects, installations, and equipment upgrades Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., H&S, engineering standards) Driving continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis of equipment downtime Managing engineering budgets and procurement of spares and equipment What we are looking for An experienced engineering professional (min. 5 years) within a manufacturing or FMCG environment, ideally in food or similar Strong in people management, team development, and communication Skilled in planning and project management Knowledgeable about PLCs, automation, and site services Driven to embed a culture of reliability, safety, and continuous improvement In return you can expect an excellent package and benefits plan Skills: Maintenance Maintenance Management People Management Benefits: Parking Paid Holidays Pension Fund pension
