Whats in it for you? *£30,634 *Excellent holidays *Pension *Learning and progression opportunities *Supportive team The role: Reporting to the Senior Infrastructure Planner; the Pre-Development Case Manager will be part of a team analysing and managing Statutory Consultee responses to Planning Authorities, Pre-Development Enquiries and completion of Property Certificates. *Assessment and response to all applications, taking account of current capacity constraints, to ensure NI Water is protected in complying with its environmental and legislative responsibilities. *Liaise with Production Lines Asset Performance, Operations and Asset Delivery Teams to inform responses to planning decisions and PDEs *Assessment, processing and completion of Property Certificates in accordance with SLA (5 days). *Liaise with council Planning Officers, developers and other stakeholders in support of decisions made in responses to applications. *Collation of data and assist in the preparation of reports as required. *Create sustainable relationships with stakeholders, developers, agents, customers and NIW staff. What you need: *Have a 3rd level qualification e.g. HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent in a relevant field and a minimum of 1 years experience in dealing with planning applications or 1 years relevant experience in operations, asset management, engineering delivery or construction industry to include knowledge of design and construction of sewers and water mains. OR *A minimum of 2 years experience in the civil engineering or construction industry within operations, asset management or engineering delivery with a working knowledge of design and construction of sewers and water mains or 2 years experience in dealing with planning applications. *Good communication and interpersonal skills with experience of dealing with customers/developers.
