Youll need at least 35 years in an operational or production management role, ideally within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams. Analytical and solution-oriented approach to tackling operational challenges. Strong understanding of health, safety, quality, and compliance regulations. Ability to work effectively across departments and at all levels. Duties: Lead, motivate, and manage the production and operational teams, fostering a strong culture of collaboration and accountability.
