Key Details: Location: Milton Keynes Hybrid Working: 3 days per week in the office Contract Type: 3 Month Day rate contract Rate: Up to £250 per day Function: HR – Talent Acquisition Responsibilities: Proactively source and engage top-tier talent using market research and sourcing tools Shortlist and present candidates to recruiters Maintain talent pools and recruitment data in Workday Champion diversity and employer branding initiatives Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience Requirements: Proven experience in sourcing and talent attraction Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with recruitment platforms and data tracking Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
