Job Title: Housing Management and Property Litigation Paralegal Location: City of London or Leeds Working arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 from home) About the company: A specialist London-based law firm specialising in areas such as banking, construction, litigation, debt recovery, and infrastructure projects. Role overview: The firm is seeking Paralegal to join its Housing Management and Property Litigation team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will assist the Solicitors with their work as well as building their own caseload. The role will involve providing advice and assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords advising on all aspects of housing management and property litigation advice. Key responsibilities: Working to support solicitors on property litigation casesDrafting and preparing claim forms Preparing trial bundles Attending court to assist Barristers Handling new client enquiriesProviding advice to clients and completing caseworkQualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous Paralegal property litigation/housing management experience, in particular dealing with registered providers/housing associations.
