Inbound Sales Representative

Our Client is currently looking for a driven and personable Inbound Sales Representative to handle incoming customer inquiries, understand their needs, and convert interest into sales. What you’ll be doing: * Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats from prospective customers. * Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions. * Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and value propositions. * Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly targets. * Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems * Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve the customer journey. * Provide feedback on common customer inquiries to improve FAQs and onboarding resources. What We’re Looking For: * 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
