Senior Architectural Technician

Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Location: Coventry Aztrum is delighted to be working closely with a leading architectural firm based in Coventry, renowned for innovative and sustainable design solutions. Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technician role: Run projects across all technical stages with a focus on housing and residential development. Produce and deliver high-quality building regulation drawings, specification packages, construction drawings, and detailed technical solutions. Liaise with clients, contractors, and site teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery. Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring technical excellence across project teams. Integrate seamlessly with a collaborative design and technical team. Stay updated on UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies. Qualifications required for this Senior Architectural Technician role: HNC / ONC or equivalent architectural qualification. A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience. Proven track record of leading construction projects, ideally for medium to large-scale private residential developers. Strong experience in UK housing design and technical detailing. Proficiency in ArchiCAD/AutoCAD and Revit. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
