Project Manager

Role: Project Manager Location: Warwickshire Salary: Up to £68,000 (Basic Salary) & Company Car or Allowance - DOE Why This Role? Spencer & James are working with a leading national contractor who are offering an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to lead on a new high-rise social housing residential refurbishment project in Warwickshire. This is your chance to take full ownership of a complex, high-impact scheme and deliver it with purpose, precision, and leadership. What You’ll Be Doing: * Lead the project from PCSA through to construction and handover, ensuring client expectations are met. * Create and manage detailed project programmes using Powerproject. * Drive safety and quality, including construction phase safety plans and upholding the Golden Thread. * Oversee delivery under JCT D&B contracts and support successful project handover. * Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure all health, safety, and regulatory requirements are met. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience managing high-rise, complex projects, ideally in social housing. * Experience delivering schemes under JCT D&B contracts * Knowledge of the Building Safety Act is essential. * Confident leader and communicator with a sharp focus on safety, quality, and timelines.
