This role plays a key part in business growth by building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers * Upsell products and promote relevant offers * Build and maintain strong customer relationships * Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions * Support general sales activity and contribute to branch growth Requirements: * Proven experience in a builders merchant environment (essential) * Confident communicator with a professional phone manner * Strong sales and upselling skills * Passionate about delivering great service and results * Motivated, proactive, and target-driven * Organised, with good attention to detail
