Construction Recruitment Resourcer (Commission Only) – Remote | Flexible Hours Are you a Construction Recruitment Resourcer looking for a high-earning, flexible, and fully remote opportunity? We’re a growing construction recruitment agency with 10 live roles at any given time, spanning white- and blue-collar permanent positions — from engineers to estimators, architects to trades. This is a commission-only role, offering a structured commission scheme from 25% to 40% of your billings. With the average permanent deal value at £5,000, your earning potential is significant — and uncapped. The Opportunity * Work with a steady pipeline of active perm roles: * Maintenance/Installation Engineers * Workshop/Factory roles * Designers & Architects * Glazing & Cladding Specialists * Estimators, Site Managers, and more * Focus on permanent placements across all areas of construction * Contribute to a growing business with clear career development opportunities What You Get * Commission-only: 25%–40% of your billings * Average deal: £5,000 = You earn £1,250–£2,000 per placement * Laptop, phone, CRM, and job board access provided * Fully remote with flexible hours (ideal: 9–5, but you choose your schedule) * Potential to move to a salaried commission structure after 3 months We’re Looking For * 3 years’ experience in construction recruitment (perm roles essential) * Skilled in Boolean searches, CV sourcing, and headhunting * Strong knowledge of construction job boards (Indeed, CV Library, TotalJobs, etc.) * Confident managing both candidate pipelines and client relationships * Fluent in construction market terminology and hiring trends * Active on LinkedIn and able to engage talent directly * Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven
