Traffic Marshall – Faversham (ME13) – 2 Week Cover We are currently recruiting for a Traffic Marshall with a valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall ticket for a two-week cover assignment on a busy construction site in Faversham. * Duration: 2 Weeks * Location: Faversham (ME13) * Rate: £15.50/hour (CIS/UTR) – flat rate * Start Date: Immediate * Payments: Weekly Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 06:30 – 19:00 (12 hours paid) * Saturday: 07:30 – 13:00 (5 hours paid) Key Responsibilities: * Work closely with the Lead Traffic Marshall to manage site logistics * Guide heavy vehicles safely into the holding bay and prevent obstruction on nearby roads * Assist with general marshalling and banksman duties on site * Maintain order and cleanliness within the Marshall compound * Carry out regular checks on welfare unit fuel levels * Ensure safe vehicle movement and traffic flow within the site compound Requirements: * Valid CSCS Card * NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshall ticket (must be in-date) * 5-Point PPE (excluding steel toe boots – must bring your own) * Full UK Driving Licence preferred due to site location (not mandatory) * Previous experience in a similar Traffic Marshall or Vehicle Banksman role * Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are essential This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and safety-conscious individual looking for consistent work with long daily hours.
