Project Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a privately owned Cost Consultancy with over 30 years trading history. They have grown consistently with a current workforce of 45 and have completed an impressive 700 projects since inception. Projects cover a wide spectrum Office commercial (New Build & Refurb) Projects £2m to £100m Single super prime residential developments to £30m Large residential developments – 200 Units plus Industrial projects to £40m. Their growth has been fuelled by establishing close client relationships with Directors and Associates all included in Project teams to ensure an optimum service. Due to growth, the company is seeking to appoint either a Project QS or Senior Project QS (DOE) who will be able to lead on a suitable project whilst relying on the guidance and support of the nominated Associate Director.
