Programme Manager (Drug & Alcohol Services)

Our local authority client is seeking a committed and knowledgeable Drug and Alcohol Programme Manager to help deliver and oversee key aspects of their community treatment strategy. Key Responsibilities: * Lead on the delivery of the drug and alcohol treatment contract and associated improvement plan. * Identify, evidence and implement effective interventions to improve outcomes for individuals affected by alcohol misuse. * Drive progress on the 10-year Drug Strategy via the local Combatting Drugs Partnership, ensuring a multi-agency approach. Requirements: * Strong knowledge of substance misuse frameworks and public health approaches. * Experience managing contracts or partnership work within drug and alcohol services. * Ability to work across systems and stakeholders to deliver measurable change.
