Family Caseworker Ref: BCR/JP/31769 Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Birmingham Bell Cornwall Recruitment are recruiting for a Family Caseworker in Birmingham to join a fast-paced law firm. They are looking for an organised and proactive person. Family Caseworker responsibilities: Manage a full caseload of private family law matters independently Draft court documents including applications, statements and consent orders with precision Advise on financial remedy cases Prepare for hearings and maintain clear communication with counsel and clients Provide support and guidance for junior staff when neededThe ideal candidate will have: At least 3-4 years hands-on family law experience Experience independently managing financial remedy cases Experience completing documentation accurately, including D81 and Form E Capability to manage a fast paced workload Strong organisation skillsIf you have previous experience within family law don't hesitate to get in touch now!
