Commis Chef / Kitchen Assistant - SW15 - Conference Centre Location: SW15, London Hours: 37.5 hours/week - 5 days out of 7 Salary: £29,000 per annum / £14.90 per hour Shifts: 07:00-15:00 or 11:00-19:00 ❗ No late nights We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Commis Chef / Kitchen Assistant to join our catering team at a busy conference centre in SW15. Key Responsibilities: Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks Support chefs in the smooth operation of the kitchen Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained Help with stock rotation and kitchen organisation Follow health and safety regulations at all times Requirements: Experience in food preparation and basic cooking A positive, proactive attitude and team spirit Ability to work shifts including weekends (on a rota) Food hygiene certification (preferred but not essential) This role offers a great work-life balance, with no late nights and consistent hours across a 7-day operation.
