The Role: As the successful Senior International Tax Manager, you will report directly to the Head of International Tax be responsible for the following duties: Advise CFOs on new legislations, business changes, tax audits etc. Review tax return submissions for legal entity filings and partners; Advising on withholding tax issues; International tax advice on M&A Transactions; Mentor junior staff members; Other duties as outlined in the full job description The Person: The successful Senior International Tax Manager will meet the following criteria: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA or Qualified By Experience; Strong corporate or personal tax experience; Strong communication skills; Excellent management experience.
