Account Manager

Job Title: Account Manager - Technical Event Production Location: Basingstoke / Remote (Other areas of the UK will be considered) Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 DOE The Role: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for revenue growth with a focus on generating business with event agencies to supply entertainment lighting and visual technology production services for corporate events. Key Responsibilities: Win new business from event agencies and corporate clients Manage client accounts, working in unison with a Technical Production Manager, acting as a point of contact for clients throughout the project Assist technical teams with quoting for events and propose quotes to clients Collaborate with the lighting design and production teams Help shape the company's growth as they expand into new markets Experience: Required: Proven track record in sales/business development within the live events, lighting, or AV (audio visual) sector A strong network of event agencies or corporate clients Confident managing your own pipeline and driving new business Full UK Driving Licence Right to work in the UK Desired: Hands-on lighting production experience with a good technical understanding of entertainment lighting kit Package: Basic salary £60K - £75K (depending on experience) Fully remote (with occasional Basingstoke office visits) Company credit card and paid expenses Private medical insurance after probation Flexible hours
