Sales Support Executive

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Sales Support Executive to join our client based in Liverpool L9. This position is directly permanent with our client. You will be joining a well known manufacturing business, this position is to support the sales team, you will be contacting customers within the database to generate new sales, supporting the external sales team with lead generation working towards the monthly sales targets. Salary & Benefits: £28,000 per annum. 28 days of holiday including bank holidays Death in service benefit Pay increase after probation period ( 6 months) Performance based bonus scheme Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 5pm Friday 8.30am until 4.30pm The Role: Liaison with colleagues in administration, planning, production and transport to track order status and manage jobs through from order to on time delivery. Keep customers informed of order status and deal with any queries and sending of any relevant paperwork. Raise quotes and customer orders based on price lists and repeat orders, using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and order entry system Use of website tracking software to generate leads for follow up calls or visits by external sales tea Contacting the existing customer database to generate sales Generating leads for the external sales team. Skills / Experience Excellent communication skills. Good organisational skills Ability to multi task and prioritise workload Customer focused Experience within manufacturing / production environments is essential to this position.
