Employee Relations Manager

Artis Recruitment is supporting a leading education provider in the search for an Employee Relations Manager to join their established HR team. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working and multi-site responsibility, so a driving licence and access to a car is essential. About the Role You'll lead on complex employee relations casework while supporting wider organisational change projects such as restructures, TUPE, and redundancy processes. Managing a small team of HR Advisors, you'll help drive proactive, consistent HR practices and contribute to a longer-term people strategy focused on upskilling, succession planning, and digital transformation.
