BDM (Recruitment Sector)

Hybrid model 2 days WFH Can be 360 or focus purely on BDM City Centre Manchester Salary to £55k This role would suit someone looking to focus purely on BD if they wish. The company operates within the renewables and alternative tech space throughout Europe. They have a strong delivery team and some solid MSP and RPO accounts. There are currently 3 divisional heads who bring in the business but there is definitely room for one more. It is a really exciting time to join the business as the current owner is retiring and they are going through an MBO so you can really be a part of their future leadership team and help shape the business. There will be an opportunity to build out a team. They need someone who can go out and win the clients and bring the work on so you will ned to be comfortable pitching to clients and meeting them face to face. Due to the strong delivery team in place you can either pass the business on or if you choose, you can fill it yourself. Please only apply if you are from a recruitment background.
