Project Manager – Hospital Fit-Out (Oxford) | Long-Term Contract | £2–£5M Projects | Excellent CIS Rate We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a series of high-profile fit-out and refurbishment projects at a major hospital in Oxford. This is a long-term contract role with the potential to run for up to two years, offering a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a background in healthcare construction. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and deliver multiple complex works packages including: * Helipad construction * Fire door replacement programme * Ward refurbishments * Manage projects with individual values between £2M and £5M * Coordinate with NHS stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams * Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget * Maintain compliance with NHS healthcare standards and regulations Requirements: * Proven experience delivering healthcare projects within live NHS environments * Strong background in fit-out and refurbishment projects * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward under pressure * Excellent knowledge of health & safety and infection control measures in clinical settings * SMSTS, Black CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential Contract Details: * Location: Oxford * Duration: Up to 2 years * Rate: Excellent CIS rate (negotiable based on experience) This is an outstanding opportunity for a Project Manager who thrives in live environments and understands the unique challenges of healthcare delivery.
