Administration Assistant

Micheldever Tyre Services is looking for a proactive Administration Assistant to join our logistics team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a variation of duties each day. With good communication and organisation skills, you will be the first point of contact for customers and provide support on daily tasks. * Location: Bellshill * Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 09:00am - 17:30pm * Salary: £28,571.40 * Benefits: Staff discounts on servicing, tyres and MOTs. About the role * Support managements team in all administrative tasks * Act as a first point of contact for Customers * Provide quotations and advice when necessary * Completion of associated paperwork * Ensure that the customer is dealt with in a professional manner * Promote company products and services * Following all Health and Safety procedures * Reporting and documenting fault/defective equipment * Compliance to Company policies and procedures in respect of vehicle inspections About you: * Previous retail experience * Be a team player with a focus on providing excellent customer service * Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills * Have a keen eye for details and be literate and numerate * Have an enthusiastic and flexible approach to your work * Full and valid UK driving licence About our company: Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) was founded in 1972 as a part-time venture providing car servicing and tyres. To support this business, we have built a wholesale distribution network of 14 sites around the UK supplying over 6,000 retailers and our own retail chain Protyre which is consistently growing.
