Role | Family Solicitor Company | Top 500 Legal Firm Level | 2 years PQE Based | Derbyshire Hybrid | 1-2 days working from home Offer | £45,000 - £60,000 per annum benefits (depending on experience) We are currently working with a fantastic law firm based in Derby who are looking to hire a Family Solicitor to join their growing team. They’re ideally looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience and would be open to applications from Solicitors or Legal Executives who are looking for that next opportunity to progress. Typical duties would include: * Divorce and civil partnership disputes * Residence and contact disputes involving children * Prenuptial and cohabitation agreements * Complex high-net-worth financial settlements * International family law issues The successful candidate: * A minimum of 2 years PQE within Family Law * Exceptional client care skills * Strong advocacy abilities * Excellent communication skills If the successful candidate had previous experience within business development that would be advantageous as the firm is looking for someone who can progress the business and take them forward in the future.
