Your new company A hugely successful renewables business with huge investment and growth plans based in the City of London. Your new role Supporting a very busy CEO, you will be a true right hand in providing strategic support to the company agenda. Your duties will include: Email and inbox management Diary and meeting management and coordination across multiple timezones Creating meeting agendas Document and meeting preparation, including research and briefings Creating presentations Travel and logistics coordination, including visa applicationsWhat you'll need to succeed You must have experience supporting a busy exec within an international business. Experience within, or an interest in renewable energy is a bonus. You should be assertive, confident, diplomatic and look for solutions. What you'll get in return A competitive basic salary of £80-90k doe; you will also receive a generous bonus and benefits package. This role offers hybrid working but you will need to show flexibility around the CEOs diary.
