Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys ensuring smooth and accurate documentation processes on key projects. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage project documentation across teams and stakeholders Ensure document accuracy, quality, and version control Implement and oversee document management systems Support teams with document formatting, distribution, and retrieval Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely submission and updates Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance checks Key Requirements Previous experience in a Document Controller or similar role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience with document control software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) Knowledge of document control standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR) is desirable Ability to work independently and within a team Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle What Our Client Offers Supportive and collaborative working environment Career development and training opportunities Flexible working arrangements (where applicable) Competitive salary and benefits package If this role appeals to you, please apply - we'd be happy to assist you
