Role: Sales Administrator Location: Barnstaple Contract: Temporary ongoing Pay Rate: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a role based in Barnstaple. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and efficient follow-up process with prospective clients, helping to convert leads into active instructions. Job Duties: Follow up with leads via phone and email to gather further information or confirm interest. Arrange and coordinate appointments between clients and advisors. Chase outstanding instructions or documentation from clients. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM or tracking systems. Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely handover of client information. Provide general administrative support to the Advisory Team as needed. Person Specification: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident and professional phone manner. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. A proactive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset.
