Quality Administrator

Job Title: Quality Administrator / Auditor Location: Greater London Flexible Working: Hybrid – 1 day per week work from home Travel: Minimal, as required to support quality program delivery We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Compliance Department as a Quality Administrator / Auditor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to build or further a career in Quality Compliance and Auditing, with clear development pathways and professional training available. As the Quality Administrator for the Group, you will play a key role in maintaining our ISO certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001. You will ensure compliance with certification requirements and support continual improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage the Business Management System (BMS), ensuring procedures, forms, and policies are current, correctly uploaded, and outdated documents are archived Act as the main point of contact for internal audits, delivering the annual audit plan across all departments Monitor and ensure timely closure of corrective actions and improvement initiatives Facilitate Management Review Meetings and Change Management Meetings, supporting the Director of Legal Governance and Compliance Support ongoing compliance with ISO standards and identify opportunities to enhance processes What We’re Looking For A strong interest in quality, compliance, and auditing Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Previous experience in compliance or administration is helpful but not essential What We Offer Professional development, including support to gain an Internal Auditor Qualification if needed 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Birthday day off Buy and sell holiday scheme Access to the Flex Genuis benefits platform Hybrid working with 1 day per week from home This role would suit someone seeking to advance a career in Quality Compliance with opportunities for progression and training
