RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence matters from instruction to resolution Handle litigated and pre-litigated claims, including complex and high-value cases Work independently with minimal supervision while being part of a collaborative team Take initial instructions, draft legal documents, and provide clear, practical legal advice Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Engage in business development activities to help grow the department Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with firm procedures Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and other parties professionally and effectively ABOUT YOU Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive NQ Demonstrable experience in managing a caseload in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence Confident communicator with strong client care and negotiation skills Able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines under pressure A proactive approach and willingness to be involved in the department's growth If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply today or get in touch on the contact details below.
