Residential Property Solicitor

Masterstaff are currently assisting our client, who are a multi practice firm of Solicitors based in Preston and Lancaster in their search for a Residential Property Solicitor. You will be part of an ambitious business that has exciting growth plans with excellent career development opportunities. We are looking for someone who: * Will provide high quality legal services to the firm’s clients, predominantly in relation to the progressing of residential conveyancing transactions. * Close interaction with external solicitors to ensure completion deadline are met. * Liaise with estate agents and introducers as to progress of transactions. * Conduct own cases and assist other fee-earners and partners (in the event of holidays etc) in providing advice and representation to the firms clients. * Develop and maintain good client relationships The successful candidate: * Will ideally be a qualified solicitor (3 – 4 years qualification experience and have a good track record in residential conveyancing) or CILEX * Have expertise in dealing with residential property transactions * Ability to conduct own caseload * Commercial and financial awareness including the ability to take responsibility for financial control of own client matters * Able to develop positive relationships with clients and manage client expectations Competitive salary with bonus scheme Excellent location, working from Preston city centre office (which is in close proximity to the train station) If you are interested in this role and would like further details please submit your details
