We're Hiring: Temporary Barista / Front of House Staff – Diss Are you passionate about great coffee and friendly service? We’re looking for enthusiastic Barista / Front of House staff to join our client's team in Diss on a temporary basis, but with the potential of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate. Location: Diss, Norfolk Contract: Temporary (with potential for future opportunities) Hours: Flexible shifts available – weekdays & weekends What you’ll be doing: Making delicious coffee and hot drinks to a high standard Serving customers with a smile and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere Supporting with general front-of-house duties, including taking orders and maintaining cleanliness Handling payments and operating the till What we’re looking for: Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred, but not essential – full training can be provided Experience or knowledge of using an EPOS system is a strong advantage Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability and a positive, can-do attitude Perks: A great working environment with a supportive team Staff discounts Potential for ongoing or future work Interested?
