Grounds Maintenance Operative Location: Shrewsbury Salary: J5 - SCP 7 - 11, Pay £25,584 – £27,269 Hours of work: 37 per week We are looking to recruit a skilled operative to join our Grounds Maintenance Team. The successful candidate will be required to provide a range of horticultural/grounds maintenance specialisms across a wide range of assets owned or maintained by Shrewsbury Town Council. Multi-tasking is essential, working across differing locations to meet the needs of the service. Experience of using machinery & horticultural equipment including ride-on mowers is desirable together with a Full UK Driving Licence. Training on the use of council equipment will be provided as will a uniform and necessary PPE.
