Job Description

Administrator Location: Office-based Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15 am – 4:45 pm Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time We’re supporting a well-established business based in Leamington that supplies specialist equipment to the manufacturing sector. They’re now looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a varied position combining customer service with internal administrative support, working closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally. Responsibilities of an Administrator: You’ll play a central role in the smooth running of operations, delivering excellent service to customers while ensuring internal teams have the support they need. Typical duties include: * Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels * Providing administrative support to colleagues in the UK and abroad * Organising logistics for machinery dispatch and delivery * Processing spares enquiries and orders * Coordinating schedules and supporting team workflows * Maintaining accurate records and managing internal data systems Requirements of an Administrator: We’re keen to hear from candidates who thrive in a busy, varied environment and enjoy helping both customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate will bring: * Experience with SAP and/or CRM systems * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask * Adaptability and a positive, can-do approach INDL
